Welcome!

Each 30 Days will include ground, riding, feet work, and trailer training.  The longer we keep your critter, the better they get.  Each month includes two riding lessons for ya. Pen/pasture care, and the same hay our freeloaders get.

We'll knock the rust off for you! This covers previously trained horses.  This doesn't cover colts, starts, or problem horses.  Usually done in 1-2 weeks. Same care as the "30 Days".   

Problem horses are the ones you swear at. Anything from that one that's "great but won't load in the trailer", to "I like her but she bucks every time we.....". These culls often have a single defining reason to swear at em.  Due to the variety of issues and causes, pricing will be set on a case by case basis.  If we come to you we'll charge hourly. Travel fees will be charged if over 50 mi from DTR Walkers. 

Geared solely on riding and most often for youngins or folks that know horses and just haven't ridden in a while.  These are at our place with our mount or yours.

These cover all manner of handling, care, and ridin'.  You'll learn hoof care and basic ailments, to ground and riding training techniques and how to "read" your horse. This will give you confidence to begin to approach and handle new and strange horses. It will make you better at movin' dogies, chasing barrels, and even reeling in the horizon.  You and your horse will work better together at whatever you do.

We Show up and bring the learnin' with us. You and your horse just have to be ready to work. You don't need facilities or even a pen. I can bring a halter and lead rope and we'll get started. Have a horse and want to learn? Give us a call! 

We'll tailor fit the clinic to your needs. We can work at your place, public venues, or off in the mountains. Colt Starting, Horsemanship, Tune Ups, Traveling with horses, Trailer work, etc. If you have a focus, lets get it scheduled. This would be impossible to list a set price. However, for the sake of transparency, I would say to expect a range of $150-$800 for a Rider + Horse. Multi-day and higher level instruction being the higher end and single day tune ups being toward the lower end.

If you're building pens, or a barn, we can help make sure you don't make all the rookie mistakes.  It's never cheap to build, renovate, or improve livestock property so let's not waste it on "I wish I would have" or "I wish I wouldn't have". Layout, materials, substrate, design can all make your life better or worse. Let's get 'er done!
